Wellsbrook Village HOA is requesting sealed bids for lawn care services for a 28-home community and common area in Fayetteville, TN.

Scope of work includes:

Routine mowing of individual yards

Trimming and edging

Maintenance of common areas

Bids will be accepted until 5:00 PM on March 20, 2026.
