This is a pristine low round count S&W Performance Center 627-5 model 170210A.
It is chambered in .357 magnum and has an eight-shot cylinder.
Some of the Performance Center upgrades include slab side 5” barrel with recessed muzzle, ball detent crane lock, trigger stop, and tuned action. 
The cylinder has chamfered charge holes and is cut for moon clips.
This Performance Center 627-5 comes with both wood and rubber grips.
Front sight is S&W quick change and is currently a S&W red ramp while the rear sight is the S&W fully adjustable.
