There is a half bath inside and a beautiful, large, fully enclosed, shower outside. The shower has both hot and cold running water and a 7 foot tall rain shower head. It is very romantic with solar lights for night time bathing.

There is a one time nonrefundable utilities deposit required upon renting to cover your last months utility bills after you have moved of $400.

There is a privacy deck with a table and chairs.

This property backs up to woods so no smoking inside or out is allowed because of the chance of burning people out of a home.
