Business Development Director for Action Lock is a New 501.c.3

Are you good at sales and internet marketing?

Your skills are needed to get this new 501.c.3 non-profit off the ground. It will sell Action Locks to raise money to then also sell them at cost to police and first responders. This is a paid position once the 501.c.3 is up and running.

Job Description
Using strong capabilities in sales relationships, professional networking, internet affiliate marketing, and over the counter retail; build the Action Lock brand image on the national level. Explain and teach the product and the problem it is solving, as well as the programming and use of the biometric padlock to new users. Demonstrate our sincere appreciation for law enforcement and medical emergency responders by helping build a non-profit that donates free Action Locks to these departments; from the sales revenue from regular end user sales to parents and family members that could conceal carry with the kids around

Objectives of This Role
Using their personal carry gun, they develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Action Lock.
Generate sales leads and relationships, populate our organization’s database, and fertilize these relationships with periodic connections, perhaps using social media, blogs, or monthly public updates posted to the internet.
Develop and update, along with the board members, realistic sales forecasts to smooth production planning as much as possible.

Periodic Responsibilities
Daily report to the office by 8am and seize the day.
Weekly email to board members a short status report of that week and plans for the future activities.
Monthly written sales report detailing quantities and customers
Quarterly meeting with board members on a personal level to informally review recent activities so the organization can respond and plan accordingly
Attend the annual campfire
Skills and Qualifications
Personal integrity and honest transparency
Comfortable, safe, respectful, decisive handling of their handgun both off-body carry and at the range
Ability to be productive while working independently
3 to 5 years sales and marketing experience
Film and video editing to produce video clips for building brand image on the internet
Proficiency with standard business software and ability to use video editing software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizing skills
Ability to travel independently up to 25% for building relationships face to face
Proven sales and completing orders and demonstrated internet based marketing.
Ability to balance friendly professionalism with convincing others about the need for Action Lock

Preferred Qualifications (three to four of these)
Parent (this product is for child safety)
Write and produce professional video for building our brand image on the internet
Have at some point worked in law enforcement or medical emergency response.
Certified as a range safety officer
Active duty military service
Ability to make continual "cold calls" and turn those into relationships
Ability to setup and run a show exhibit, getting leads into our database
